Hi Guys
My name is Vikram and i am working us HR Recruiter in one of Consultancy, I'm into IT Recruitement as well as NON IT Recruitment. Recently i got an offer from Vertex Customer Solutions India Private limited (Hyderabad) as HR-> Recruitment. This Company mainly hire Undergraduate's and less skills Candidate with less pay. So my questions is
shall i join in this company as HR Recruiter?
Will i have secure Career into HR Platform in this Company?
Do i get any good opportunities if i work for this company?
Will i have any changes to get good opportunities to work for brand companies like Amazon,Genpact or CMM Level 4,5 Companies if i work for domestic process?
I asked to my friends they said the work pressure is more and they suggest me to do not join into this company.
So please provide me the suggestion.

Hi Vikram ,
You have given enough details about the new company and not one feature is good for recommendation.
Your friends have also not recommended. No one can guarantee that from one job you can hop to another job unless you qualify and meet the requirements of the companies that you have mentioned. A change should be better on the face of information available. Even then one gets some nasty surprises after one makes a change.
What drives you to seek a change from the present job?
Lastly I wish to stress this point again. Getting a job in big companies depends on your merits and your candidature should fulfil the requirements of the new company.

But my question is if i work for call center or BPO types of companies will i get any good opportunities in future to work in CMM Level 4 or 5 companies?
Because in Vertex Customer Care Pvt ltd i will be hiring Under Graduate or Graduate with less skills according to the company manpower requirement.
so will i get recommended by brand companies as HR recruiter if i work in this company
please suggest.

Dear Vikram,
I think you can get the answer from your own experience. Do you go for only the background of the company from which a candidate is coming for interview OR do you see the credentials and performance of the candidate in the Interview?
If some one comes from a big company you may grow suspicious and ask why he wants to leave a big Company.
According to me a company background is only for introduction. The credentials and performance of the candidate in the interview is what counts for decision making.
