I have been Terminated from the company because of the problem in my background check. Without any prior notice i was sent out. When asked for experience certificate , they were not ready to provide it. Bcoz of which am facing problem in getting new job.companies ask for exp letter or relieving letter , though i have payslips. Due to this issue my new offers are getting cancelled. plz guide me

Better is to go and meet HR personally and communicate your problem and try to convince them.
Keep on trying and if you have contact details of management, contact them and explain the issue.
If they dont get convinced, At the end, ask them to provide the service certificate which is as per law. Otherwise you can approach Labour officer and raise Industrial Dispute.

Even i was forced to give resignation when i was in IDBI Federal Lifesurance but when i had a talk with HR Dept matter was sorted out but it also depend on your relationship with HR Personal....
