Please enlighten us on the following :
1. Whether any contractor can take Employees Compensation (erstwhile Workman's Compensation ) Insurance Policy from retrospective date i.e. the commencement date of project ?
2. For every new project , do any Contractor require to take EPF Sub code ? Is RPFC giving EPF Sub Code to every new project/construction site to a particular contractor ?
3. Can any contractor comply their PF remittance on their existing EPF Sub Code allotted to different project/s ?
Would be highly obliged to have your kind legal advice on the above.
