dear seniors and friends
please suggest, should I talk about my immediate boss to her boss as she is very partial with me. I trusted my immediate boss that she will think for me.
But she is too partial to me; only 2 employees are working under her. She talks harshly to me and at the time of increment she submitted for 1 increment to me and 2 increments for other and got approval.
Please help to solve my problem.

Dear Geeta,

While we understood your perceptions, we need to understand your immediate boss's perceptions also. Nevertheless, have you tried to understand what are her perceptions about you? Why she is partial?

What is your designation and what type of industry you work in? Are you from HR? If you are not from HR then is HR in contact with you?

Is your work free from errors? What are the quality issues in your work? What efforts did you make to reconcile your differences with your immediate boss? Whenever she scolded you, did you maintain records of those events? Does some pattern emerge from these records?

There are whole lot of articles on internet on how to accept criticism. Did you read them? What is the scope of improvement in your behaviour?

I know it is extremely frustrating to work under riling bosses, nevertheless, it is bad bosses that grow you. Therefore, never get you down. At times there could be basic personality difference between you and your immediate boss as well. To understand these differences, you need to have deep understanding of MBTI.

There are so many questions associated with your post. Please answer the questions. Solutions can be provided once we receive the entire information.

All the best!

Dear Geeta Bhatnagar,
Dineshji has given ample suggestions. I wish to state my views.
There are four persons in the case referred by you. Your immediate boss, your colleague, the superior to your boss and yourself make the team. What is the reputation of your colleague? Is that person acknowledged to be better? What is the basis of saying that your boss is partial? Does the superior to your boss know your capability and performance?
Please do introspection on these lines. You may get some clarity.
