Hi,
Can any one help me know the procedure to start own recruitment consultancy (Domestic/International)
I am in this field since last 8 yrs having experience in vertical like IT/Non IT sector with pool of candidates. I want to understand how do I go further with billing my clients.
1. I want to operate from my residence.
2. will i need to open the current account/Saving Account?
3. will i need to register my consultancy under some name, then what is the procedure for that?
4. Will i need to get the service tax no., if yes then how do i go for it?
5. I do not have client database at this point of time - (Domestic/USA RPO)?
6. Even I know that there many reputed firm with vendor from long period.
7. Initial need help to generate lead in IT/Non IT sector,Please advice me.

1. You need to have a Trade License.
2. The company type can be any type - Proprietor, Partnership, etc. consult any Lawyer in this regard.
3. You need to have a Job portal access.
4. You can charge per candidate 8.33% of ctc or more
5. You can operate online or if you are doing mass or group recruitment, then you need to have an office.
6. Decide on which type of vertical you want to service Financial, Technical etc.

Hi,
Points 1 to 6 have been answered by others quite well. For point 7. you will need to invest in business development, building client relationships. Define your USP> You can work on any domain but make sure to have experts in each of those verticals.
