I work in a certain bpo, and i am on bench for the past three months as the process has not started yet.
however they are not paying my salary saying that it will be paid when the process starts. i am very lost about what i should do. pls help

Whether company gets its business or not, non-payment of wages to the employees is not permissible under the provisions of Payment of Wages Act.
You are from what city? Find out where is the labour office of your area. Approach the labour officer with sufficient evidence of your employment. Find out whether labour officer issues notice to your company.
The downside of approaching labour officer is that your company authorities may get incensed and they may remove you from the employment. Are you prepared for that?
