Please keep your documents of transfer ready as you present the data to any prospective employer.
Even if a firm had closed down, it was still registered under Shops and Establishment act when it was started.
How was your salary paid ? If you have bank statements supporting the salary credit, you no longer need any other evidence .
Last but not the least, keep your reporting Managers close to you. You will need to refer them as the point of contacts in those firms.
In case you have proof of internal communication of the job you delivered, such as a copy of email mentioning your work, even that will support.
Wish you all the best !

Hello Anandh.Sega,
Cool down. There's nothing to worry. Explain the situation to your new company, show them the documents. Your employment can be easily verified through your salary slip / any official documents issued by the sister concern / PF deposited into your account / Bank statement showing credit of salary / etc.
And as (Cite Contribution) has suggested, you may use your Managers as references to whom the new company can call up to verify your employment.
Cheers, AB
