Will company return my all education documents?
I joined one of the small it firm in mumbai on 11th jan 2016. at the time of joining they asked me to submit the o.g. educational documents to the company for security and they also said they will give me acknowledgement letter for the same. but till date i don;t received that. now after working there more than 4.5 months i am only one developer in this office. even company don t have any company name board at outside of the office. i am too much worried about my future because all this thing. now i am thinking to leave this company after getting new job. but will comapany return my all educational document?

Rejoining after termination
Hi all need your help there is one of the employee who was terminated because of some miscommunication but however he met with an accident and he has joined back after 1 month and submitted all the medical documents. what would be the formalities from hr prospective should i take him as a rejoinee and reissue the documents like offer letter appointment letter etc. or should i take back the termination letter or there is any particular format for rejoining. what should be the action from hr prospective? thanks kriti gupta
Don't submit your original documents - company harassment
Dear all this is a suggestion or advice to all the employees who are working. please do not submit your any original documents to anyone. in january i joined one xyz company in nagpur. they said they are taking all the educational and other documents for two months till your probation period is completed and as per their policy if you are resigning during your probation period you have to serve only 15 days notice period or pay for 15 days. the company was very harassing company it was really a worst company i had very worst experience in that company. so i wanted to resign i had given my resignation to my ceo he said you no need to serve 15 days notice period and you have to pay for two month salary. as i was hardly having experience of only one year and even i was not knowing any rules and regulations. so i paid for two months. during that period he mentally harrased me lot. so its my humble request to you all please don t give your original educational or other documents to any one. give them the zerox copy and one more thing before joining any company try to get the details of that company. other wise you have to work like a slave or victim. thanks and regads ritu
