I am working as HR Executive in one of the infra company need suggestion on one querry is one employee is on sick leave since 3 months and he is informing us that he will not be able to come for work as he got paralised he communicated through phone & our management also dont want his services any more so how to tell him about this any letter to draft?? he working since 4 years

Dear Rupa,
Just check out for the clauses in his appointment letter first. Usually a standard appoinment letter will have a clause mentioning physical disability.
Just mention in the letter,: "With respect to the clause no. (...)(....) in the appointment letter no.(...) dt.: ................. , we are hereby discontinuing your services accordingly".
