Pl leave during probation
Hi i have a question related to earned leave el or privilege leave pl during probation period. as far my knowledge goes pl accumulates during probation period. only this is we cannot take it on paper. but by some approval companies allows leave during probation also. now as per one of the big company leaves will not be accumulated during probation. this will start accumulating after the probation period. please confirm on this

Hi an employee joined in staff category and was on probation period. his performance was poor therefore management extended his probation for further 6 months. again his performance was examined and found poor and therefore extended his probation period for 6 months. an employee frustrated and left the organization after serving 1.6 months. during the probation period he did not give pl el as per the rule but he left the company after having 3 time extension of his probation period that time he did not get el at least of the extended period. my question is whether an employee is eligible for el for the period he worked on during any kind of extended probation period. please guide.

Hi : our employees are entitled for 12 pls a year. my query is for probationers upon confirmation will they will entitled for the pl with retrospective effect i.e. get a credit of 6 pl of the probation period or the pl will start once the services are confirmed. request for inputs. gia
