Can anyone provide the company policies for existing policy modifications? Our company has to change their existing policies. Anyone will provide all kinds of policies or provide your suggestions in all areas.

While designing policies for your organisation, you need to divide policies in two categories viz statutory policies and HR policies. For former, it is better to hire a local consultant. I am new to Policy formation as an HR Head. Can someone please guide and help me with the recent POSH policy or Act and Equal Opportunity Employment policy for any company?
