Dear Himanshu.Kamoth,
Not only PF and pension, EDLI is also eligible. Normally all these claims will be processed immediately after death. Why it is delayed in this case?. Better you contact the concerned Regional PF Commissioner's office in this regard.

Last 2 month i was busy for that, i had pressure to company HR for send claim to pf office.
Now, Pf staff (AO) told me that, you are not eligible for pension.
PF office give me reasons like as (1) Required continue job on same pf number is minimum 10 years, (2) Pf pension first give to his dependent father. Dependent father means, father has no job or maximum salary 3000. (3) Pf pension give to his mother if father is no more.

So, I want share some detail with you and let me know your suggestion that is it correct or not.

Detail as below:
(1) 2.5 years worked in company.
(2) death after leaving job.
(3) Father working in Bank Of India and 2 years more to retirement.
(4) Father salary more than 50,000/-

PF office told me that, his father can not prove dependency on his son. So, you are not eligible for pension but you can withdraw all other amount.

I need to confirmation about reasons giving me by pf office, because they all staff member are corrupted and take money from companies. So, i am confuse for above.

Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Dear Mr.Himanshu Kamothi,
I feel your brother expired before completion of an age of 58 years. In such cases completion of 10 years' service is not required for pension. Also your father's earning will not deny from availing the pension. Because PF pension is the compensation for the member's deposit in EPS.
Your father may get a pension amount of Rs. 2051/-
