One employee date of joining is 08/09/2013 and resigned in September 2014, His name in cessation ECR challan also in this month. Unfortunately health problem he was die in November 2014. Is he eligible to pension claim?

To avail pension minimum service required is 10 years in EPS. By clubbing with other services if there is 10 years service in EPS, he can claim pension. Otherwise he will get withdrawal benefit.
