I am a b.com graduate and completed graduation in 2009 and later on worked in 6 small companies for 6-7 months respectively but left those companies directly and now I don\'t have any experice letter of those companies and now I am working in one MNC but on the payroll of the 3rd party since one year so now I am deciding to find a new job, so in this case any background check will happen even if I did not show my previous companies names in my resume and will it create any problme for me ?

Ravisatale: Your earlier posts in relation to this one is confounding! We answered the earlier query on you camouflaging your previous experience and now you submit that you don't have the experience certificates? Either you quit on your own or you were fired/terminated or let go.

To summarize - you haven't kept a steady job for the last 3 years or more , prior to this organization.

You have just completed 1 year with this organization.

You again intend to switch jobs. So you want to know if you can list out your previous 6-7 jobs prior to this one, without certificates or experience letters on these jobs?

You are heading to what most of our fraternity would term as ' Fraud ' and that too on a large scale Ravi.

My recommendation is that you own up to these jobs right upfront on your resume now on, if you have worked at them. If you haven't and are using this forum to understand if you can show ' Ghost ' jobs and not be caught, then you are wrong - some firms are very strict about their reference checks and don't be surprised if you get caught out one of these days.

Remember, if you are caught, some firm might just want to prosecute you for mis representing information and may actually file a police case - which means no job in the future, when a reference check is conducted.

Thank you for guiding me regarding this...
Now I am confused and disappointed what to do in this situation................
But My question is if I apply for a job again should I mention all the previous employers in my resume ? and I do so will it create a problem for me to get a job ? or I will not get any job opportunity in future after doing so............
Please suggest me a way, what must I do ?

You have not answered whether you really worked in those small firms or you made them up. Why do you want to quit this job, so soon?

Dear Ravi As you mentioned you have worked for the MNC from last 1year on 3rd party payroll .whether it is 3rd party or onroll nothing to worry if you really like to firm on your capabillities and succeding further job interviews.
my suggestion is to get a experience letter from 3rd party firm for you that u have worked for MNC
Attend the interviews which ask less experience .
Have at least 1 reference from your previous company ..It doesnt matter whether you are 3rd party or on-roll.

Thanks for the guidance again....
I am looking for a new job because I feel that with my current 1 year experience I can get any better opportunity in any other company. so should I apply only in small companies or should not apply in big companies considering my previous my history or situation..........and I am thinking of showing only my current one year experience on my resume . I have completed my graduation in 2009 and if I show only current one experience then it will create a gap of 3-4 years after graduation............on this basis will I have job opportunities or not ? Now I would definitely like to show only my current experience in resume and is it ok..................or not please suggest.
