HR Administration does not change whether you are SME or otherwise. Today employee strength of your company is 15. However, treat your company as if you have 1,500 employees and do everything what needs to be done.
Your intentions are noble. You wanted to bring positive change in your organisation however, how far you have buy-in from your top boss? These are the times where you need to give definite shape to your organisation. However, without proper support from leadership, it will not be possible.
As far as your inability to meet the recruitment deadlines, this problem is common to all the small enterprises. This is because you do not have brand pull. Now a days all the candidates want to work in branded company. For them each day adds value in their CV. Against this backdrop small enterprises end up getting crumbs of the job market. Therefore, what your management needs to do is to build brand so that you start attracting worthy candidates. Brand building is again a conscious activity and management has must take it on priority.

Recruitment is actually a tough job nowadays for SME. Still i am trying my level best for the same .
Engaging employees and looking for there welfare is also very critical for me as we have 2 Location and everyone has different timings there an Here..
So we cannot Celebrate Days nor play a group games or go for Outing as our company provides 24/7/365 days of services. Someone has to be in Office ..
It has become difficult task for me to handle al this , But i cannot lose hope. I want to make changes and keep my employees happy ..!
