As a budding HR, i need to understand little more about training need analysis. please share if there is any readymade material. also could you pls suggest few techniques of training need analysis

Hi Dinesh, i am currently working with a software company as a HR executive. Currently we provide both technical trainings (dotnet, C#, python etc) and non technical trainings like behaviour training etc. soI need to know how do i go for Training Need identification along with the types of training i can go for our employees.
