NEW DELHI: Putting speculations to rest, the government on Tuesday proposed to amend the anti-smoking law recommending a ban on sale of loose cigarettes and raising the minimum age for buying tobacco products to 21 years from existing 18.

I feel the root cause to smoke comes in your childhood ,as a teenager when you see some one smoking and pleasure is there ,definitely a need or a urge to smoke comes.If this law comes ,our youth will be saved .The ill effect of smoking will be aware to general masses.
