It totally depends on where you wish to focus on in the future. For a generalist, you should be aware of all HR concepts, should have the basic knowledge of Statutory compliances / labour laws & the knowledge+skill to manage ER/IR. HSE is also an area under the portfolio of HR in most of the small/average/mid-sized organizations.
So, introspect yourself so that you know what you want to learn or where you would like to enhance your knowledge and understanding so that it could be put to use in your current role or future envisaged role.
Regards,
AB
Try to enroll yourself for any course related to Labour Laws and Labour welfare like PGDLP or PGDLW. For HSE, you need to look into what specialization you wish to do, is it Safety, health or environment and accordingly search of short term courses. Companies Act is purely to do with finance function and hence it's a totally different area.
