I am looking for latest Holiday List for 2015, as per Shop & Establishment (not Factory Act) to find out if October 2 Gndhi Jayanti is mandatory as per Shop & Establishment. This is because October 2 is no more mandatory for those organizations who are covered under Factory Act, whereas our is covered under Shop & Establishment Act.

As per my knowledge 2nd Oct is a mandatory holiday irrespective of the Factory/Shops & Establishment act.
