Hello Sir/Mam,
Greeting for the day!!
If an employee working as an Executive then can we change his designation as an office coordinator considering his KRA or he should be designated as Sr. Executive.?
Is designation of Office coordinator/ Office assistant is below comparison Sr. Executive in this case.
Kindly suggest??
.

One thing should be clear first of all whether it is promotion or re designation based on his revised job responsibility. If it is re designation then Office coordinator is at par with executive , if you want to promote him or you want to give better designation then senior executive can be given. First of all check with your organization;s hierarchical structure, what comes after executive if it is senior executive and you don't want to promote him then you cant give him senior executive in this case re designation office coordinator is good enough
