I was working with Cyber Futuristics pvt. Ltd based in Noida an IT Company for 1 and half years. I was on maternity leaves from july till sep 31st 2014. I received 2 months salary (July and August) and for the 3rd month my company said it is on hold because I was been Referred to HR as the process windedup. So they asked me to resign online through email and promised me I will get my salary in FNF. After 45 days in nov 15 which never happened they gave me another date 15th dec 2014.
Now they are refusing me to give my FNF. What shall I do. Will labour court help me in getting my salary?
Please help me in providing the information.

Hi Neha,
They have terminated you on maternity grounds, and this is not legal.
Do you have mails/letters from the company wherein they asked you to resign and promised you to the FNF?
Take a print of those mails and attach your resignation, their acceptances, prints of your follow-up mails etc and write a letter to the company saying that if they do not pay your FNF you will produce this letters to the court and question you on terminating you on maternity grounds.
Find out the labour office and meet a labour officer / lawyer and explain your situation to them and draft a legal letter complaining against the firm.
Certain matters need to be escalated legally.
Seniors please advice.
