Kindly Exploit Cite HR and get maximum download on various articles.
Choose a topic and build your competencies.
This will keep you engaged at the max.
Focus on getting knowledge on Six sigma, Time management, Stress management etc.
Other Options:
1. Learn a new language
2. Do some Computer course
3. Learn various Cooking styles
4. Draft your career path and update yourself 5% daily.
I hope u will end up in some idea from the Above.

Hi Arunaa,
As mentioned by Hari updating yourself is the best thing that you can do in the free, anyways if you have contacts and interest in doing recruitment you can do some free lancer recruitment or any other kind of free lancer jobs you can do, just browse few websites and try to find out...........
ALL THE BEST............

Hi
You should enroll for some distance learning course preferably in HR (or any other faculty of your choice). You can study during morning hours. You can try Symbiosis - Pune. You can utilize the internet to your max. benefit for learning through emodules and referred course materials.
Exploring citehr is good. But if you enroll for some course, it will be more structured and value adding to your career.
