Dear Dilip,

First and foremost your learning attitude is appreciable. You wanted to learn and thereby become adaptable to the situation. Very good!

You could have given little more information about your job. What is the nature of your industry? What is your designation? Are you working under some manager?

At this stage, you may master business & workplace etiquettes, communication skills, interpersonal skills. There are 'n' number of videos on Youtube. Everyday, watch a video and make notes. However, this also is not enough. You should maintain statistics of how many videos did you watch, how much time did you spend in that and how many times you could get chance to implement learning from the videos.

In addition to the videos, lot of material is available on the internet on various HR related subject. Read at least one article everyday. Again implementation of whatever you have learnt is also important.

Last but not the least, never ever accumulate the articles or videos on any subject. You must implement the knowledge gained. If you develop habit of accumulating of knowledge without putting it into practice, you will never grow.

All the best!

Dear Mr.Dinesh ,
Thanks a lot for your kind consideration ... im working in a corporate office under which few concerns are controlled, each concerns have difrnt managers ,and im reporting to the manager - hr and as a superior VP-CHR. here im handling only with the payrol process and some IF register maintenance for the corporate office staffs where hardly 50+ employees are working ... whether this would be a stepping stone in my career? kindly advice me... because many are telling that as fresher we wanna to work in some production units , only then we can gain knowledge in the HR career or else u will be handicapped on the basis of knowledge in the field of hr.

Dear dilip,
First of all welcome to hr field, you will have definitely glorious future!!
Don,t quit any opportunity which is in your hand. Never bother about the company size in the initial level.
* As a fresher it will take little bit time to settle down first SO.... you feel comfort in small size companies and get more chances to learn there only
*Like advise by MR Dinesh garu - 1.Daily learn one new topic.
2.Jotdown it carefully.
3.Practice it daiy till the day it"s in your finger tips.
4.Take topics like PF ACT, GRATUITY ACT, ESI ACT, LEAVE MANAGEMENT, SALARY STRUCTURE, BONUS ACT, METRNITY BENEFIT ACT.... LIKE SO.... ON
5.Just go to the search bar which available in top page.
"many of the legends in OUR HR CITE posted lot of information with their hard work for our selves". so kindly go through it both theoretically and practically. FINALLY HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE
