Hi,
This is Vishaka.I have 20months exp and working as intern in another company.
They company had 7employees totally.My salary is 20K for 3months program(from Dec 2014 to Feb 2015).
Whether PF will deduct for intern employees?is it mandatory or not?
total CTC is 2.4LPA.Tax deduction wont be applicable.Am going to get the salary in hand, not through account.
Is it ok?When I move to next company from march onwards.
Plz reply and help me out.I am bit confused.

Well you do need your salary sleep.. so incase if the company is paying you by cash that means it's off the record.. which is at first place not right..
I would love to explain in more detail but i haven't got your concern very clearly.. below listed are my doubts:
1. Have they promised you to hire as a Full time Employee after internship?
2. You said you are going to receive 20K for 3 months internship program, then what it 2.4L PA you're talking about..
If you can give a clear description., i might help with my opinion..
But one important thing - research about the company a little, see if there were any past issues

Hi RECRUITMENT_PROFESISONAL,
Salary would be cash in hand only.But they will provide salary slips for 3months.
1)I will work only for 3months as trainee and then I move to some other company
2) 20K for 3months, then they total CTC is 2.4LPA for 3months(moreover no PF,ESI and Tax deductions).
Company is a start up and its a 2year old firm.
