You have not mentioned whether you were working for an International school, State board, CBSE or ICSE.

It entirely depends on you.

You can consider the following options.

1. If you want to pursue a career in the Corporate world, then do not go back to your previous employer.

2. If you have worked in an International School, or ICSE or CBSE, then you can come back to you previous employer. Stick around till you complete your MHRM. You can work abroad in any British or American school in their HR/Admin. team. Who knows, you might work with Ecole Mondiale in India in the next 5 years.

Previous School is a preschool for the age group of 11months to 4years the curriculum is based on Icse as well as IB.
Is HR Admin a good profile to work on or else can you please help with your suggestions on profile. That can add value to my profile and help me grow in long term.
Even if I join school will it be a short term growth will it not add value to my growth??
