Dear Anup Ojha,
The Employee who is not interested in deduction of PF, he/she should submit Form 11 (Revised). It is the a mandatory for PF exemption. We should present Form 11 (Revised) while in the inspection to PF Officials for proof.
The employee who is not willing in PF deduction should submit their Form 11 while date of joining itself.
Regards,
Kavitha S
Dear Anup Ojha & Kavitha,
Employee with salary up to Rs. 15,000/- cannot be excluded from PF. Also those already registered with PF cannot be excluded, even though their salary is above Rs. 15,000/-

Dear Abbasiti,
One employee working with our concern with the age 59 years in the sence he may got exemption PF? Else we need to pay his employer contribution into pension fund (Account NO: 10). Which one is correct
Now in my concern we are showing his employer contribution into Pension Fund (8.33% + 3.67%). But he is requesting to exempt him from PF.
In this case what we will do.
Best Regards,
Kavitha S
On completion of 58 years, no contribution has to be credited to EPS. Entire amount has to be paid to PF. Abbas.P.S
Dear All ,
I want to know that when some employee join the company as a fresher (First time Employment) and they get the Salary below Rs.15000 in that condition they did not want to contribute the PF amount so my Question is We can fill the form-11 that time ???
please Conduct me
Anup Ojha
Anup Sir
if employee's basis salary is above of Rs.15000/- and employee does not want to contribute PF, then we have need not to deposit form-11 (New Declaration form)
Form-11 (New Declaration Form) is mandatory to fill and deposit in dept. for all new EPF member.
Accepted with Abbas words and when employee joined in our company we will issue the Form - 11 to employee
(Those who are getting more than 15000/- Basic then only we have to issue the form)Other wise we will deduct the P.F as usual. Once employee registered there is no chance to apply the form.
Dear All, Thanks for your valuable contribution, but I want to know that what about the employee who getting below Rs.15000 and did not want to contribute the PF.
Dear Anup Ojha, If salary is below Rs. 15000, contribution to EPF is statutory. Employees' willingness has no roll in this regard. Abbas.P.S
