Hi All Seniors, My appraisal is about to happen next week, and after that, I will be looking for a job switch. It will be my first job switch in my career after working for 2 years in the present company. I will ask for a salary hike based on my CTC post-appraisal. Will it cause any issues as my last 3 months' salary slips will show the salary difference pre and post-appraisal? Eagerly waiting for your advice.

Assuming that you will share your documents with them, there should not be any question on that. However, since it's a recent hike, the prospective employer might negotiate on the percentage of the salary hike with them. Rest assured that they would fit you in their salary band using mini-max.
