Dear All,
I worked for a MNC company from 2009 to 2013. I Submitted my PF account withdrawal request along with form 19 and 10C to my previous employer in Jan, 2014.
Since then I have been following up with them for my PF account settlement. But I have not got my PF amount yet.
Whenever I contact my employer regarding this, they are saying like it is still under process, working with EPF office, delay in EPF office, etc.
In last six month, two times I registered in EPF grievance portal to check the PF withdrawal status. But I got a reply that they didn’t receive any request from my employer regarding my PF account.
It has been almost one year past now, I don’t see any progress in this. Kindly suggest how to proceed further.
Thanks & Regards,
Balaji

Dear Balaji,
You directly speak with your employeer who is front ending. The reason for delay and find out the exact things or ask them the form which they attested and process it from your side. If they are stating irrelevant things then approach to the concern EPF office with data's you have.

Dear Friend
Once again you should go and meet your HR dept in person and ask them about the status of your PF withdrawal. If they do not respond favorably, you can give a representation in writing to them on the same day with a copy marked to PF Inspector in whose jurisdiction your ex-employer company falls and also put another copy directly to RPF concerned for their information. If the issue not settled in spite of the above after waiting for reasonable time, you should go and meet RPF commissioner directly to settle the issue. In some organisations, the employers will not make contributions to PF office, though they collect the same from the salaries of employees in every month.

Hi Nijanthan\NVRao,
Thank you for your suggestion.
I have been following up with one of the finance department personal, but he is not giving proper reason why my claim request is not closed yet.
Six month back when I was trying to check my PF balance in EPF portal, I was not able to find my account. But two month back, I was able to check the balance in PF portal. Now that is also not working and I am not able to check. I am located in Chennai, but ex-employer EPF office is KR Puram, Bangalore. Is there any other way I can reach out the EPF office?
Thanks & Regards,
Balaji

Dear Mr Balaji ,

No need to wait for the authentication from previous employer. If you know your PF account and company code no..Just take another withdrawal form , fill it and get it attested by the branch manager of Bank where your bank account is kept. Or you can also get it attested from any Gezetted officer. After these formalities , just send this form to the RPFC office where your PF account is kept along with a covering letter stating that your employer is not willing to sign the withdrawal forms. Then see the magic. RPFC will send the area Inspector to that company and after that they are bound to authenticate your form. This is the easiest step. You can deposit the form to Chennai also. But it will take more time because Chennai RPFC will forward this form to Bangalore for action .Better to send the form to Bangalore RPFC directly through Registered Post addressing to Regional PF commissioner. Please note that once you send the letter to RPFC , it will become official and legal. They are bound to take necessary action on it.

Nitin,
If PF deduction is shown on your pay slip and company fails to deposit it in PF office,it becomes a breach of law.
You can complain in PF comissioners office about this problem giving full details of company,PF a/c number/UAN etc.
PF office will take necessary action.

One cannot remain in fear. If you do not complain then you will have to forget your PF contribution. It is your right to get it back or transfer to new a/c. Take action which is rightful and legal.
