i can probably help you defining your objective, but would need more details to help this process. Are you willing to share this information, if so let me know and then we can do it together.
take care

Hi C K Vamsi,
Objective in the resume should be defined in the following manner:-
* Specific to the role you want to don
* Brief - afterall the brevity is the soul of wit
* It's should be linked or rather justified by the profile thereon mentioned in the resume.
* Should display action rather than wishlist.
Good or bad?..
If it gets you the job u want!!

THe objective is for a position of Facility Manager and as usual lots of resume to screen so what would be the best way of shortlisting and what would be the best way of recognizing resumes that were written by professional resume writers.
Please help me

Hi Vamsi,
Give a man a fish, you feed him for a day, Teach a man to fish, you feed him for his life. I have developed a scientific way of defining the objective statement, we have to get into a telephonic conversation for you to understand and do this. It is not a one time conversation, we may have to do this couple of time during a week and i am sure you will be able to define it yourself, and pass it on to others once you think it is useful. Write back to me and we can exchange cell nos to get this done next week.
