Dear Seniors,
Please provide me the suggestion , how to connect with HR and try to get empanel with them and get the business . i am struggling with the cold call opening and the moment the professional replied with NO we are not Hiring and at these moment we are not looking that it really demotivated me .
Kindly provide me some techniques how to break the ICE and grap the opportunity

This statement may be correct as well and may even be wrong as the HR may have used it just to avoid a discussion on it. If such company is not having an Internal Hiring Team it will be surely having empanelment with some recruitment consultant which the company does'nt want to end. In such a case, even if you get a NO from the HR you can still build rapport with them and connect with them thru social networking sites esp Linkedin. This will help you make a long term relationship with them not just for business, which the Company HR will also like. You will definitely get the business as well when you have fixed all the nuts & bolts in place.

Search company jobs in naukri.
You should search for ITES/Sales jobs to crack your BD needs.
These ITES/Sales are the verticals which always requires external support.
They will empanel immdiately.
