Hi Vijay Behra,
As pointed out by Lavika Yadav, your post sans clarity.
In order to get the opinion of learned members, please answer the following:
Where did the accident take place - Inside or Outside the factory ?
What is feasting for the worker ? Or is it fasting ?
Investing does not seem to be appropriate. Do you mean investigating / investigate?
As rightly pointed by Narendra, as a principal employer why Contractor wage payment was not ensured?
Has your company paid the contractor for the two months in question?

Dear All, As per my knowledge principal emeployer must ensure that the contrator pay wages to his employ and submit the PF ESIC copy to the principal employer. Raghav

Dear Mr.Bijay,
You are employing the workers through your contractor, the liability of payment of compensation in case of accident and in default in payment of salary by contractor, in such case, the liability of payments will come on Principal employer only. and cost of such payment can be deducted from the contractors bill. Principal employer cannot escape from such payments in-case of default by the contractor.
As our friends are pointed out you elaborate your query in detail so that we can guide you. Unless you give clarity of your doubt we are unable to advice you suitably..

As cited above the facts seems that employee who is working inside the premises is a contractual worker and he was not paid salary by his contractor. Since he met with any type of causality the responsibility of his compensation & benefits should be of principle employer instead of contractor as worker is working within the principal employer territory.
Thanks & Regards,
