Hello All, I have 3 years of experience with XXX as IT Specialist. Suddenly I was forced to resign my Job stating that my Previous company relieving docs were fake. I was absconded from my previous company and Joined with XXX. I had no other option rather going for a fake as I was desperately in need of Job. They never came back to me stating this issue in this 3 years. Now I was asked to resign on spot because of this.

HR told me that I won't get my relieving documents, They will provide only my Experience documents after 45 days with the full and final settlement. This issue ruined my career.

Now I contacted my previous company and got my exit documents. Please let me know how can I approach other companies to try for a better opportunities and to overcome this situation. Also please provide me your inputs how can reach out to XXX with these proper documents which I have now and seek help to get my relieving letter.

Dear Naveen,
Nothing wrong with a bad past provided you do not hide facts. In future during interview make it a point to mention this as a lesson learnt in your life. This honest statement also to be supplemented with honest behaviour from you. You may not have problem thereafter To HCL you may appeal at each level if rejected at lower level till you get it.

Thank you for your reply, In this case shall I write an email to the next level HR's in a polite way pointing this delay with the verification from their end, to see if they can provide my relieving documents notifying my original relieving documents got from my previous company.

Dear Naveen,
You can write to HR and also to the operational Head in case HR is not supportive or wants to gang up and protect their clan. Without entering in to arguments or bad language get your relieving document.
All the best.
