Hi, If an employee is present only for 10-15 days then how to deduct his PF? Deduction if present for 30 days is 780 from employee side and 885 from employer side.
dear friend,
Now, the PF have to be deducted for those employee drawing salary is and should be 15,000/- and less than the amount mentioned, drawing above the sum may be exempted provided necessary and requisite forms got filled, so calculate accordingly even for a day we have to deduct and deposit the amount, and usual calculations there is no variations. The no of days worked(salary *no of days worked/divide by the no of days of the month) multiply and divide it by the days of the month and for that 12%...
best of luck ...
