I like what Anuradha said that liking and doing are 2 separate things.
You can definitely enroll in a personality development course or hire a coach to improve your communication skills. Joining a Toastmasters group will also help you improve communication and public speaking skills.
Since you have a technical background, I can suggest you look at job opportunities on the technical side of HR such as SAP HR consultant, or something to do with HRIS systems.

In my view if the draft posted by you is your own, then your Communication skill is not as bad as you think.
All it needs is to do some fine tuning and application of simple rules of grammar.
I have corrected the draft and attached the same to enable you to understand.
The steps which I followed to correct your draft are simple.
I removed "and".
Put full stops.
I introduced a capital letter at the beginning of every sentence.
ENTER key was pressed to put one sentence below the other.
Only one word was introduced - "Interview".
Time taken 10 Minutes. So with little bit of learning you can also do it.
The single recommendation that I strongly advocate to all those seeking to improve Communication Skills is to
WRITE SMALL SENTENCES.
With the passage of time, you will certainly improve to write bigger sentences.

The simple idea is to have a personal coach where you can have speaking session for 2 hours daily for a period of 2 months and I am sure you can get the best from your trainer.
