I am working in a Pharmaceuticals MNC company form last four year but now a days company recruited a new ZBM and he is trying to reshuffle the field force.
and he is forcelly took notice period from me ,and i want cancel it.
Can you plz tell me the rule and regulation regarding this.

I think generally in every company, there is provision to terminate the service of an employee by giving one month / 2 or 3 months or paying amount in lieu thereof. You are telling that you are working for last 4 yrs in MNC pharmaceutical company. At the time of joining, did you not get an appointment order or not? If got, whether the notice period was mentioned in such order or not? If there is no such provision in your appointment order, subsequently it could not be made applicable to you with retrospective effect until and unless your free consent obtained to do so.

Thus, your newly recruited ZBM has no such right to make any change in respect of notice period of existing employees. By ignoring this if he suggests for the inclusion of notice period afresh for existing employees with retrospective effect, it will become null and void.The aggrieved person is free to invoke the jurisdiction of appropriate form or court.

However, if management wants to make it as policy for newly recruited employees in future, they can do it by inclusion of clause with regard to notice period in respect of employee who will be recruited in future.

He forcefully took your resignation, how?
Well your query made me feel like there is something that you have not disclosed with us or something you dont want to share, therefore, first I request you to answer the following.
Can you please share more about it on how he took resignation forcefully from an old employee (YOU) who have worked with Organization for 4+ years.
Is there anything wrong/ any kind of mental pressure/ harassment he did to you or what?
Any other employee in your company been asked to resign forcefully except you or the only you experienced it?
If only you been asked to leave, than why only you and not other?
Like Mr Roa highlighted above that he has no right to go against the terms and conditions of employment agreed by Organization 4 years back under appointment letter, moreover, he can be challenged by you but you didn't infact agreed, saying there is something wrong at your end. Please explain.
