Dear Deepak,

You could have shared your Performance Appraisal (PA) form that you use in your organisation. Unless we know the parameters of the rating, how the rating is calculated, it is not possible to give suggestion of any kind.

In some companies, the behavioural attributes like communication skills, team spirit etc are measured on a scale of 10. Further total score is calculated on 100 points.

If the PA include the KRAs then each KRA has a score of 100. Further weights are assigned to each depending on degree of importance of the KRA. Thereafter, final score is calculated on 100 points.
