Hi Friends,
Till now list of holidays not declared by the government. Any idea when it will be declared. I normally check and download it from TNgov website. I would like to know clearly how to declare the holidays in the company i.e. mandatory/festival holidays.. etc..
If any GO/Rule for that please share with me. OR if any one has documentation on this please do share.

Dear Mr. Ramesh Kumar,
Yes that five festival holidays should be matched with your 'Form III approval', obtained under the TN Industrial Establishment (National & Festival) Holidays Act.
If you wanted to change any festival holiday, then you need to get fresh 'Form III approval' from the Labour department.
