This post must have come up many times earlier by others; would still need some clarifications.

A friend of mine is looking to start with opening up his own recruiting consultancy. He will be on his own with no employees to pay for. He has been in this since 3 years but wishes to start off on his own. He has a very good clientele and has been into marketing business since years before getting into recruitment. However, when someone starts off on his own, every small step matters. Can you pls provide insights on the below :

A) What shall be the minimum finance ready to start with this ?

B) What kind of legal registrations are required to get the consultancy registered ?

C) Any kick-off points to consider while starting this business ?

D) Any other things you would like to add to be taken care of

One request I would like to make is kindly do not provide email ids and ask to write on that. I would appreciate if it is discussed here with all so that others too can share more and those similar ideas can take more from all of us.
