Dear Seniors, I want to know the procedure to be followed by a company to get into PF consideration. Please help. Thanks,

If 20 or more employees are working in your organisation then you have to apply the same to PF authority to allot PF code. On enrolling the same, then PF amount will be deducted from the employees and remit the same on or before 15th of every month.

You have to attach the documents as per catagory of company.
List of documents.
1.Performa for coverage duly filled and signed.
2.BIN duly filled and signed.
3.Demand Draft R /- no ,dt- 2010 in favor of RPF Commissioner.
4.MOA./ List of Director
5.Copy of Sale Tax Number.
6.Copy of ESI Code.if have
7.Bank account number of company & Cancel Cheque for bank A/c.
8.List of Employee’s with father name& Date of Joining & wages
9.List of Employee’s Moth-wise.
10.Copy of Occupation letter(Property documents)/rent deed if on rent.
11 Copy of PAN No
12. 1st Purchage bill/sale bill.
