Day-1- On the Day of Joining:
Reporting Time: 10:15 AM
- Submission of Documents
- Introduction of the Company(History/Vision / Mission)
- Work Schedules/Office Timings
- Attendance System
- List of Offices
- Introduction .....etc.
Day-2 Reporting to Corporate Office
Presentation & Briefing by Head of the Concerned Deptt.
Day 3 office of posting

I am sorry for the late response as I missed your post.
The schedule you created is good. I would suggest you add a session on the product of the company, how it is marketed (perhaps you already have incorporated this). Additionally there should be one sales visit for non sales staff with B2B and B2C customers, and at least 3 sales visits for those in the sales function. Sales function should also spend some time to understand internal operations processes.
Thereafter, the employee can report to the office of his posting.
