For the size of 10 employees ESI is mandatory. PF is not mandatory. If still you wanna register then PF can be registered online itself. ESI application forms shall be filled and be submitted to ESI department along with the supporting documents

1. It will be more better if you may contact the appropriate nearest Branch Office and Social Security Officer of ESIC and get information regarding complete procedure for such registration.
2. Firstly, you are required to obtain Code Number under ESI Act and this procedure is also available online on the website of ESIC. Thereafter, registration procedure of employees is also to be completed.
