I have started a new consultancy firm in pune, i have been reading different threads regarding the start ups and it has been very usefull,
recently i gt a client, for the initials we came in to a contract for recruitment only but now my clients want to get his employees on contract basis rather then on their company payroll,
and have asked me for giving a presentation regarding of the pros and cons for this.
i would really be thankful if can get any help on this forum.
i addition i would also like to knw wht will be best way to make new clients.

Plenty article on internet on this subject. I feel if you can give insight on the industry segement, maybe expert can give you some inputs. Or else generally pros and cons are common.
