Dear Members,

I have worked for a company for 3-4 months in his computer institute in Mira Road here in Mumbai. He is not paying me salary for the month of September 2014 saying that I have not brought any business. I tried to clear him that it takes time for any one to make relation with clients and get the business out of it. He is a Director and always saying that "I have not become simply a owner of 14 center I had cheated so many people to reach at this position." Also he hires people with zero knowledge and pays them less salary saying that we have best faculties with us. Also the training & certificates given by this institutes are false. If you check knowledge & certificate grade its completely different. He adds to his words that I only aim in earning money not interested in providing quality education. The company name is I-Tech Computer Education Center, Mira Road. I don't know how did he got ISO Certification. He even can't speak proper English. Also he is humiliating employees day in and day out. Please suggest on this.

Hi all,
I'm a fresher HR Executive in our newly established IT company, recently an employee has just resigned from our company without prior notice. She dropped a mail saying dat Dr. has advised to take rest for a month.... she had worked for 40 days... our company had paid her 30 days salary before her resign n now she demands for 10 days salary.... in the appointment letter it was clearly mentioned that if any employee continue to remain absent for 3 or more days then the company reserves the rights to terminate that employee.,
Now my point of question is whether our company is supposed to pay her the salary of 10 days or not....??
Kindly ans me ASAP. It Would be a great help
