I Started my job from 8th Sept,14.My Salary Date Is 8th Oct,14.But I will be paid for 23 days only i.e upto 30th sept.Is it as per law? Or I should get the whole month salary. Please help me.

Every company has different salary calculation period.There is nothing illegal in your company salary structure.As they are counting 1-30/31 days as salary counting days and on 8th they will give you salary,Whats wrong with it.
In october you will get full 30/31 days salary from 1st to 31 October on 8th November.
