Dear Yuva,
VDA points are given two months after the month when it starts to be applicable
For Example, VDA points for October will be given in December 1st Week .
You have to go to the nearest state Labour office and get the notification
In the meantime they give a press note which as on date has not yet been released .

The notification is not yet released. However, a press note is released in Sakshi Newspaper dated: 11-10-14 stating that the points are increased by 26 and total VDA points for the period 01-10-14 to 31-03-15 are 1116
