Suppose i am ESI member and my salary crosses the maximum limit of Rs. 15000 in between of a contributory period let say in June and after increment my salary becomes Rs. 17000 then will my contribution under esi is must till the end of contributory period. if yes. then what will be the wages/ salary for contribution.

As per ESI Act, in any circumstances an employee wages crossing its ceiling limit, the deduction would be applicable and continue till the end of such contribution period on its revised wages.
