Dear Sir,
i have one small clarification about one situation,
in October month we have some govt leaves on 02.10.2014 to 03.10.2014 and 05.10.2014 to 06.10.2014, one day leave ( getting totally 6 Days) but we have take leave (PL) on 04.10.2014, as per our HR DEPARTMENT has been declared, we have calculated for any 3days( prefix and suffix) whether 02.10.2014 to 04.10.2014 or 04.10.2014 to 06.10.2014,
as my opinion one days is applicable for is it right or wrong

Dear,
It is terrible where are we? 2/10/2015 is Gandhi Jayanthi and Saraswathi pooja/ayydhapooja
3/10/2014 is vijaya dasmi
4/10/2014 is Saturday (in case of applicable that is leave in govt and educational institutions for a private institution is a working day suppose it is so)
5/10/2014 is Sunday (Bakrid)
so, when one employee takes leave on 4/10/2014 both prefix and suffix automatically attach the sting and there is no question of personal validation. And there should not be any confusion in these issues. Only the employee who want to harass others take it as a big and make in uncommon issues. Be true and conscious to the system and not to the peril.

Dear, your opinion is right. If you are taking EL/CFP on 1st & 4th, then 2nd & 3rd will be included. or If you are taking EL/CFP on 4th & 7th, then 5th & 6th will be included. or
