Its Simple.
Firstly Prepare your data in Excel. Not Its Covert into .csv(Comma Delimated )Format. Now open this .csv file in notepad.
Replace all commas (,) with [#~#] and Save this file as text file. now your formate is ready to upload on PF Department Site.
Open this URL Employer e-Sewa. now Enter your epfo login details.
When you complete the login process. you get your dashboard. here one option available 'Upload Challan'.
Click on That Option you will get a window. There is option for upload your Text File. Choose your Text File and upload. If your data is proper then its uploaded successfully otherwise its throws some error in text file.
if you get error file then check and verify this and again upload this. when uploaded then this shows in your screen.,
If finally want to submit then click on submit button to finally file your ECR.
this is the complete process.

As per the process by PF office PF transfer claim has been become online.
For this process a revised transfer application (form-13) has been introduced which can be filed online & shall be approved by the respective employer electronically.
Hence, in view of the above, you are requested to file your transfer application online and send the same application to respective employer.

Dear Rranjan779,
To submit PF transfer online, you need to first register yourself on member portal. Once you are registered on member portal, you can apply for online transfer- if:
i. Both your FP Account Nos. i.e. previous and present are available in EPFO database; and
ii. Both your employers i.e. previous and present should have registered the digital signature certificate of their authorized signatories with EPFO.
Please visit the website Epfo (Govt. of India) or URL Online Transfer Claim Portal wherein you will come to know everything in this respect.

Dear Vidyadhar ji,
Thank you for asking the query. This doubt is there in the minds of many. Therefore, In my quots I have use the word "EPFO database" and "with EPFO".
EPFO till date not come out with a scheme of online transfer between Trust under exempted establishment and EPFO. Even UAN is not applicable to Trust members.

Dear Shri Korgaonkar,
Thanks for the information.
UAN is applicable to the Exempted establishments also.
We are managing about 15 Trusts in Pune and Mumbai and we have done KYC for all these trusts.
We can call Transfer on line, but Transfer out for payment not linked so far.
Dut to UAN, EPS is not required to transfer. Only EPF is required to received with Trust Bank A/c.
Daily Balance View etc facilities is possible for Trusts Managed by us.
Thnaks & Regards,

Dear Vidyadhar ji,
Thanks of updating. I am not aware much in respect of Trust working since I am not handling it at present.
My response to the queriest was based on various Circulars, emails, SMS by EPFO which are meant for un-exempted establishments, to my understanding.
Thanks again for contributing.
