Hi, Anil
You should change the job, if it is your initial stage of a career then you must work with different type of companies.
It will gain your knowledge, you will understand & learn different laws applicable to different type of industries.
Try to get a job in manufacturing company, their you will learn many acts applicable to workmen or employees and if their will be strong union then that will be bonus for you to learn.
Gain as much as knowledge you can from different companies. but stick to HR dept.

Dear Sir,
Thank you so much for your suggestion,
In my current organizaton i have worked for 02 years but the amount of increment is very less in comperasition to the assignements assigned to me.
I am searching in manufacturing Industry but no suitable profile i got i this sector till date and now i have an opportunity where profile is almost same as my current profile but salary is approx 40% more then my current salary.

I feel in beginning of career decision regarding jobs should not be based on monetary benefit but job profile.
