mera nam deepika hai . mai ek ltd. Mujhe 1.4 year ho chuke hai company me . Mai administration ki post pe hu mujhe mere senior ne aaj tak confirm nahi kiya hai kuki usne mere sath batmigee karne ki kosis ki thi lekin maine use aisa nahi karne diya . Toh mai janna chahti hu ki mujhe without confermation bonus milna chahiye ya nahi.

Please go through with your terms and conditions for the eligibility of Bonus or else any benefits providing by the employer, if its written that probationers also can get bonus benefit then you may get.

Aapko poora hak hai bonus mangne ka (yaneki statutory bonus jo har saal divali par milta hai vo) . Kyon ki agar aapko 30 din se jyada us co me hua hai to
aapko milna chiye. Lekin agar aap ki salary 10,000/- se kam ho tab hi. thik hai.
Chahe aap confirm ho ya na ho aap ko milna chahiye.

Dear Dipika,
1. Normally probation period is 3 to 6 months only. If Company has not extended it further by giving u any letter means u are confirmed in service.
2. Pls check rules & regulations of your Company about bonus/ex-gratia payment. Payment is made as per Co. rules and not as per wish of Seniors.

1.After completion of 6 months probation, have u got any confirmation letter ? When u have terminated after 1.4 yrs of service and on what grounds ? What was your gross salary ?
2.After termination, payment of Bonus/Incentive is normally depends on Management ?

No, mujhe koi confermation letter nahi mila hai or mujhe 9 month ke baad terminate kar diya tha without any reason tab maine director ko apne senior ke miss behave ke bare me battaya toh director ne mujhe again 6 month ke probation pe rakha lekin mai 3.5 month termination ke baad ghar pe rahi thi toh company ne mujhe uska na toh rejoining ka letter diya or na hi terminate kiya tha toh uska 15 day ki salary bhi nahi di.
Ab mera senore company ko acha buisness de raha hai toh company uski hi sunti hai toh mai ab kya kar sakti hu........

Every employee whether on probation, part time, contractual, permanent, supervisor or manager whose wage is less than or equal to Rs. 10,000/- and has completed 30 days in an accounting year is eligible for bonus. Apprentice under Apprentice Act are not eligible
you can check the better options with your management to get the bonus. if you are completed the apprentice period, then you are eligible for Bonus as per Bonus act 1965

1. In this situation, you can forward a letter or e-mail addressed to the Director and request him to release the bonus payment. You mention about the financial problems u are facing and let him know the necessity. If require visit the office personally.
2. Director may consider your request like earlier.

Every employee whether on probation, part time, contractual, permanent, supervisor or manager whose salary is less than or equal to 10,000 Rs, they are eligible to bonus for that year. but the employee should complete 30 working days of service in that particular company. while come to deepika's issue she is getting 8500 gross only so she is eligible for bonus but what we have to think is whether she has gone out of the company with authentical letter which have been issued by management or not.

Dear Manoharji,
1. I am agree with u that as per Act, she is eligible for Bonus. But Companies are not following most of the rules & regulations and employees are not in a position everytime to fight with the Management .
2. In the case of Dipika also, no rules followed properly and decisions taken by influance of her Seniors.
3. After applying to the Director/Management, if no action taken by anybody, Dipika have right to take further steps.

Dear all, One is eligible for payment of bonus in case the basic Salary / Wages is less than Rs.5000/- per month and have worked at least 30 days in a calender year even on probation. P K Sharma

Dear Deepikaji,
As far as your querry is concerned we clarify you. The eligibility criteria is to receive the bonus is whoever is worked for 30 days and more in the financial year is entitled to receive the bonus as per the Payment of Bonus Act. If your company is making the payment of bonus you are definitely entitled to receive the same As there is no differentiation between probationer or confirmed. Even casual labour who works on daily wages is also entitled to receive.
If your employer of HR refuse to give you bonus you have the right to approach the Labour Inspection or officer of your jurisdiction. No body can prevent your rights in getting the bonus.

Dear Dipika,
If had work continious 240 days , you are automatically confirm, regarding bonus if you had work 30 days than u are eligible for bonus this is as per act.
